Payment is to be made by PayPal unless otherwise discussed.
To place a commission a non-refundable 30% deposit of your commission price is required. This is to cover materials to start on your commission.
Payment plans are available. We offer 6 months for any commissions to be paid off with regular monthly payments.
We do not hold completed commissions indefinitely, you must pay off your commission in a timely manner or we reserve the right to refund you less your 30% deposit and resell what we have completed. We will not hold a finished product longer than 4 months.
If you have still not made payment 4 months after your suit is completed it will be altered and resold.
If you cancel the order you will be refunded your purchase price less the 30% materials fee, at which point we hold the rights to your item and can resell it at our discretion once alterations have been made so it no longer resembles your design.
Anyone that cancels a suit commission will be no longer able to place a commission in the future.
Suits and parts can be shipped worldwide provided the buyer covers all shipping and potential customs fees.
Shipping on a suit commission is calculated and charged once the item is completed. Shipping is never included in a quoted suit cost.
Shipping charges must be paid before a suit is mailed off.
International shipping can be costly.
Currently CanadaPost is our shipping provider of choice.
All of our suits are covered by a 6 month general wear and tear guarantee. This includes popped seams, loose stitching and general cleaning. You must cover the shipping to and from the studio for repairs. We are not responsible for damage caused to the suit from mishandling or improper care.
We are not responsible for broken zippers due to rough use/forcing the zipper to zip/unzip , etc. You must practice care with getting in and out of your costume.
After 6 months warranty repairs can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Please note repairs are no longer free past 6 months.
This warranty is void if alterations are made on the suit.
We reserve the right to refuse repairs to any suit that has been improperly maintain or unhygienic.
